Законопроект № 1159. У ЗМІ та соціальних мережах неабиякий резонанс викликала сутичка народних депутатів Є. Соболєва та В. Івченка (див., наприклад, матеріал на «Українській правді»: «У раді побилися Соболєв та Івченко: через землю»). Часто обговорення зводиться до того, хто з опонентів переміг у своєрідному боксерському поєдинку (тут думки розійшлися). Втім, є і публікації, які стосувалися суті питання, що послужило приводом для бійки – законопроекту № 1159, який передбачає віднесення більшої частини земель державної власності, розташованих за межами населених пунктів у межах територій сільських, селищних, міських рад, до комунальної власності відповідних територіальних громад (якою розпоряджаються місцеві ради). Зараз цими землями розпоряджаються органи виконавчої влади, у т.ч. органи земельних ресурсів…
