Unfortunately, declared by the Constitution of Ukraine to every citizen the right to health protection, medical care and medical insurance (article 49), doesn’t guarantee us protection against medical mistakes, counterfeit drugs of low quality, doesn’t provide timely and the emergency medical aid, free treatment available for everybody… Today health of citizens stopped
